The present invention relates to an improved process for the preparation of (5S,6S,9R)-5-amino-6-(2,3difluorophenyl)-6,7,8,9-tetrahydro-5H-cyclohepta[b] pyridin-9-yl-4-(2-oxo-2,3-dihydro-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-1-yl)-1-piperidine carboxylate compound of formula-1 with desfluro impurity at less than 0.1% level and in its crystalline form which is represented by the following structural formula-1.[French]
La présente invention concerne un procédé amélioré pour la préparation d'un composé carboxylate de (5S,6S,9R)-5-amino-6-(2,3difluorophényl)-6,7,8,9-tétrahydro-5H-cyclohepta[b] pyridin-9-yl-4-(2-oxo-2,3-dihydro-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-1-yl)-1-pipéridine de formule-1 ayant une impureté défluro à moins de 0,1% de niveau et sous sa forme cristalline qui est représentée par la formule développée 1 suivante.
