Abstract[English]
The present invention provides a stable pharmaceutical composition comprising fixed dose combination of doxylamine succinate and pyridoxine hydrochloride for effective treatment of nausea vomiting in pregnancy wherein the stable dosage form is a tablet-in-tablet formulation. The tablet-in-tablet dosage form of the present invention shows dual release having delayed release inner core table comprising doxylamine succinate and pyridoxine hydrochloride and an immediate release outer tablet compressed over inner tablet comprising doxylamine succinate and pyridoxine hydrochloride.[French]
La présente invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique stable comprenant une association à dose fixe de succinate de doxylamine et de chlorhydrate de pyridoxine pour le traitement efficace des nausées et vomissements pendant la grossesse, la forme posologique stable étant une formulation du type comprimé dans comprimé. La forme posologique de comprimé-dans-comprimé de la présente invention présente une double libération comprenant un comprimé de noyau interne à libération retardée comprenant du succinate de doxylamine et du chlorhydrate de pyridoxine et un comprimé externe à libération immédiate comprimé qui est comprimé sur le comprimé interne comprenant du succinate de doxylamine et du chlorhydrate de pyridoxine.
