Abstract[English]
The present invention relates to method culturing of mammalian cells expressing recombinant proteins. The cell culture method of the present invention implements the N-1 seed stage and the N stage production phase in the same bioreactor. In particular the cell culture method of the present invention provides for consistency in product quailty and productivity upon scale up of the early stage cell culture methods.[French]
La présente invention concerne un procédé de culture de cellules de mammifère exprimant des protéines recombinantes. Le procédé de culture cellulaire de la présente invention met en oeuvre le stade d'ensemencement N-1 et la phase de production de stade N dans le même bioréacteur. En particulier, le procédé de culture cellulaire de la présente invention permet d'obtenir une consistance et une productivité de produit lors de la mise à l'échelle des procédés de culture cellulaire à un stade précoce.
