Abstract[English]
To overcome the disadvantages of manual envelope machine which is in home and industrial use the machine for making envelopes of various sizes and types is invented. It is capable of producing both office type and wedding card type envelope of various sizes. The machine cost is low when compared to high speed cylinder machines. Picking up the blank one by one by feeder rod is done by vacuum and gum boxes. The lifted blank is fed into folding table by swinging feeder rod. The dropped blank is aligned by guide plates operated by cam. It is then folded by swinging metal wings operated by cams. It is then pressed by pressing plate. The folded envelope is picked up by picker rod's suction cups to drop at discharging conveyor where it is further pressed by pressing roller.[French]
Afin de surmonter les inconvénients d’une machine à enveloppe manuelle à usage domestique et industriel, une machine de fabrication d’enveloppes de diverses tailles et de divers types a été inventée. Elle est apte à produire une enveloppe à la fois de type bureau et de type carte de mariage de diverses tailles. Le coût de la machine est faible par rapport à des machines à cylindre à grande vitesse. Le prélèvement de l'ébauche une par une par une tige d’alimentation se fait par des boîtes à vide et à colle. L’ébauche prélevée est introduite dans une table de pliage en faisant basculer la tige d’alimentation. L’ébauche lâchée est alignée par des plaques de guidage actionnées par une came. Elle est ensuite pliée en faisant basculer des ailes métalliques actionnées par des cames. Elle est ensuite pressée par une plaque de pressage. L’enveloppe pliée est saisie par des ventouses de tige de prélèvement pour tomber au niveau d’un transporteur de décharge où elle est encore pressée par un rouleau de pressage.
