Abstract[English]
The subject matter relates to a multi-range transmission assembly for a powertrain. The transmission assembly comprises a housing assembly, a primary transmission unit and secondary transmission unit. The primary transmission unit comprises plurality of shafts, plurality of primary gears mounted on said shafts wherein said primary gears provide predetermined torque in predetermined gear ratios (1, 2, 3, n). Said secondary transmission unit comprises at least one secondary shaft and plurality of secondary gears. The secondary transmission unit is operably connected to the primary transmission unit and configured to transmit said predetermined torque in plurality of sets of primary gear ratios (L1, L2, L3, Ln; H1, H2, H3, Hn) which are different from said predetermined gear ratios (1, 2, 3, n). The secondary transmission unit and primary transmission unit are assembled substantially inside said housing assembly.[French]
L'objet de l'invention concerne un ensemble de transmission à rapports multiples pour un groupe motopropulseur. L'ensemble de transmission comprend un ensemble logement, une unité de transmission primaire et une unité de transmission secondaire. L'unité de transmission primaire comprend une pluralité d'arbres, une pluralité d'engrenages primaires montés sur lesdits arbres, lesdits engrenages primaires fournissant un couple prédéterminé dans des rapports de transmission prédéterminés (1, 2, 3, n). Ladite unité de transmission secondaire comprend au moins un arbre secondaire et une pluralité d'engrenages secondaires. L'unité de transmission secondaire est reliée fonctionnellement à l'unité de transmission primaire et configurée pour transmettre ledit couple prédéterminé dans une pluralité d'ensembles de rapports de transmission primaires (L1, L2, L3, Ln ; H1, H2, H3, Hn) qui sont différents desdits rapports de transmission prédéterminés (1, 2, 3, n). L'unité de transmission secondaire et l'unité de transmission primaire sont assemblées sensiblement à l'intérieur dudit ensemble logement.
