Abstract[English]
A method of demonstrating an effect of a light transmittance affecting element, which may include, using a computing device operating a processor: for each pixel of a plurality of pixels of an image: based on a transmittance profile of the light transmittance affecting element and a display correlation dataset correlating selected sets of Red, Green, Blue (RGB) values and respective sets of wavelength values of light emitted by a display, converting a set RGB values associated with the respective pixel to a modified set of RGB values, and controlling the display to present the respective pixel based on the modified set of RGB values.[French]
L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de démontrer un effet d'un élément affectant la transmittance de la lumière, celui-ci pouvant comprendre les étapes suivantes réalisées à l'aide d'un dispositif informatique faisant fonctionner un processeur : pour chaque pixel d'une pluralité de pixels d'une image : sur la base d'un profil de transmittance de l'élément affectant la transmittance de la lumière et d'un ensemble de données de corrélation d'affichage corrélant des ensembles sélectionnés de valeurs Rouge, Vert, Bleu (RVB) et des ensembles respectifs de valeurs de longueur d'onde de lumière émise par un dispositif d'affichage, convertir un ensemble de valeurs RVB associé au pixel respectif en un ensemble modifié de valeurs RVB, et commander le dispositif d'affichage de façon à présenter le pixel respectif sur la base de l'ensemble modifié de valeurs RVB.
