Abstract[English]
This invention encompasses a composite material based on cow dung as a craft product and its manufacturing process. With the global issue of environmental pollution increasingly impacting social aspects of society, this invention addresses one such issue through the processing of waste materials and community-based production methods. Using ethnographic and participatory design approaches, cow dung waste is initially transformed into various functional products that align with the daily activities of the local community. In subsequent production stages, the development of these products into crafts is expected to significantly address waste, environmental, and social issues in Indonesia, considering the characteristics of its communities. Furthermore, this invention aims to contribute to the structured development of craft production from the smallest community groups to broader scopes. The vision for this cow dung waste production is intended as an effort to empower grassroots businesses that are local, sustainable, and closely related to the daily problems of the residents. This composite material consists of cow dung, an adhesive mixture of polyvinyl acetate and water, a filler material of calcium carbonate, pigments both organic and inorganic, and clove and pine oils.[French]
La présente invention concerne un matériau composite à base de bouse de vache en tant que produit artisanal et son procédé de fabrication. Avec le problème mondial de la pollution environnementale impactant de plus en plus des aspects sociaux de la société, la présente invention aborde un tel problème par le traitement de déchets et les procédés de production communautaires. À l'aide d'approches de conception ethnographiques et participatives, des déchets de bouse de vache sont initialement transformés en divers produits fonctionnels adaptés aux activités quotidiennes de la communauté locale. Dans des étapes ultérieures de production, le développement de ces produits pour former des produits artisanaux devrait aborder de manière significative les problèmes environnementaux, sociaux et liés aux déchets en Indonésie, en tenant compte des caractéristiques des communautés du pays. En outre, la présente invention vise à contribuer au développement structuré de la production artisanale par les plus petits groupes communautaires afin d’élargir les champs d’application. La vision pour cette production à base de déchets de bouse de vache est conçue en tant qu'effort visant à renforcer des petites entreprises locales, durables et étroitement liées aux problèmes quotidiens des résidents. Ce matériau composite est constitué de bouse de vache, d'un mélange adhésif d'acétate de polyvinyle et d'eau, d'un matériau de remplissage de carbonate de calcium, de pigments à la fois organiques et inorganiques, et d'huiles de girofle et de pin.
