Abstract[English] This invention relates to the manufacturing method for an activated carbon composite, specifically a silver and coffee grounds composite consisting of the following stages: preparing the waste coffee grounds, preparing AgNO3 solution, synthesizing the silver-coffee grounds composite, activating the silver-coffee grounds composite, washing the silver-coffee grounds composite, drying the silver-coffee grounds composite, pyrolyzing the silver-coffee grounds composite, washing the silver-coffee grounds composite, and drying the silver-coffee grounds composite material, which is conducted by: a) preparing the waste coffee grounds, b) preparing a 10 mM AgNO3 solution; C) synthesizing silver-coffee grounds composite using the wave irradiation method by mixing 25 ml of 10 mM AgNO3 with 50 ml of a coffee grounds solution; d) activating the silver-coffee grounds composite physically or chemically; e) washing the silver-coffee grounds composite material using hot distilled water to reach a neutral pH; f) drying the silver-coffee grounds composite material at 110°C in the oven for 2 to 3 hours; g) pyrolyzing the silver-coffee groundss composite for 1 hour at 500°C under nitrogen gas (N2); h) washing the silver-coffee grounds composite using hot distilled water to a neutral pH; and i) drying the silver-coffee grounds composite at 110°C in the oven for 2 to 3 hours.[French] La présente invention concerne le procédé de fabrication d'un composite de charbon actif, en particulier un composite d'argent et de marc de café constitué des étapes suivantes : préparer le marc de café usagé, préparer une solution d'AgNO3, synthétiser le composite d'argent-marc de café, activer le composite d'argent-marc de café, laver le composite d'argent-marc de café, sécher le composite d'argent-marc de café, pyrolyser le composite d'argent-marc de café, laver le composite d'argent-marc de café, et sécher le matériau composite d'argent-marc de café, qui est conduit par : a) préparer le marc de café usagé, b) préparer une solution d'AgNO3 de 10 mM; c) synthétiser un composite d'argent-marc de café à l'aide du procédé d'irradiation d'onde par mélange de 25 ml d'AgNO3 de 10 mM avec 50 ml d'une solution de marc de café; d) activer physiquement ou chimiquement le composite d'argent-marc de café; e) laver le matériau composite d'argent-marc de café à l'eau distillée chaude pour obtenir un pH neutre; f) sécher le matériau composite d'argent-marc de café à 110°C dans le four pendant 2 à 3 heures; g) pyrolyser le composite d'argent-marc de café pendant 1 heure à 500°C sous azote gazeux (N2); h) laver le composite d'argent-marc de café à l'eau distillée chaude à un pH neutre; et i) sécher le composite d'argent-marc de café à 110°C dans le four pendant 2 à 3 heures.
