Abstract[English] Stabilised Herpesvirus antigens The invention relates to stabilised Herpesvirus antigens, including Herpesvirus glycoprotein B (gB) antigens comprising a non-native Membrane Proximal Region (MPR), use of non-native MPR structures to stabilise the Herpesvirus gB in its pre-fusion form, and methods for designing non-native MPR structures. The invention further relates to a stabilised Herpesvirus gB for use as an immunogen, immune reagent or a vaccine.[French] L'invention concerne des antigènes du virus de l'herpès stabilisés, comprenant des antigènes de glycoprotéine B du virus de l'herpès (gB) comprenant une région proximale de membrane non native (MPR), l'utilisation de structures MPR non natives pour stabiliser le virus de l'herpès gB sous sa forme de pré-fusion, et des procédés de conception de structures MPR non natives.
