Abstract[English]
The present disclosure provides fused heterocyclic compounds of formula (I) and their derivatives, that are therapeutically useful as p300 degraders. These compounds are useful in the treatment and/or prevention of diseases and/or disorders responsive to the p300 protein degradation. Compounds of the present disclosure are especially useful for treating cancer, autoimmune, inflammatory and neurodegenerative diseases and disorders. The present disclosure also provides processes for preparation of the compounds and pharmaceutical formulations comprising at least one of the compounds of formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or a stereoisomer thereof.[French]
La présente divulgation concerne des composés hétérocyclyle fusionnés de formule (I) et leurs dérivés, qui sont utiles sur le plan thérapeutique en tant que dégradeurs de p300. Ces composés sont utiles dans le traitement et/ou la prévention de maladies et/ou de troubles sensibles à la dégradation de la protéine p300. Les composés de la présente divulgation sont particulièrement utiles dans le traitement du cancer, de maladies et de troubles auto-immuns, inflammatoires et neurodégénératifs.
