The present invention relates to an engineered cell comprising at least one chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) polypeptide and a switchable CAR in particular for use in the treatment of cancer, infectious disease or autoimmune disease, a pharmaceutical composition comprising the engineered cell and a kit comprising the engineered cell or at least two nucleic acids and/or vectors comprising a nucleotide sequence encoding the at least one CAR polypeptide or comprising a nucleotide sequence encoding the at least one switchable CAR polypeptide.[French]
