Abstract[English] Disclosed is a process for the assembly solid lipid nanoparticles (SLNs) by a process that comprises: (a) combining (i) a therapeutic amount of one or psychedelics, (ii) a solid lipid at room temperature (25 °C) that can be composed of mono-, di, and tri-glycerides, (iii) a primary surfactant, (iv) a co-surfactant(s) (b) high-shear mixing said ingredients in a container to form a coarse-emulsion product, and (c) subjecting the coarse-emulsion through a microfluidic device to produce a solid lipid nanoparticle nanoemulsion containing a psychedelic(s).[French] L'invention concerne un procédé pour l'assemblage de nanoparticules lipidiques solides (SLN) par un processus qui comprend les étapes suivantes : (a) combiner (i) une quantité thérapeutique d'un ou de plusieurs psychédéliques, (ii) un lipide solide à température ambiante (25 °C) qui peut être composé de monoglycérides, de diglycérides et de triglycérides, (iii) un tensioactif primaire, (iv) un ou plusieurs cotensioactifs, (b) procéder à un mélange à cisaillement élevé de ces ingrédients dans un récipient pour obtenir un produit sous forme d'émulsion grossière, et (c) faire passer l'émulsion grossière à travers un dispositif microfluidique afin de produire une nanoémulsion de nanoparticules lipidiques solides contenant un ou plusieurs psychédéliques.
