Abstract[English] Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a method and apparatus for processing a signal, a controller, a fuel cell system, a computer program product, and a computer-readable storage medium. The method comprises performing, at a first frequency, a plurality of random sub-samplings on an input signal having a second frequency. The method further comprises determining a plurality of target sub-bands in a frequency band of the plurality of random sub-samplings. A target sub-band determined during a single random sub-sampling corresponds to useful information in a sampled signal obtained by the random sub-sampling. The method further comprises combining the target sub-bands determined during the plurality of random sub-samplings into a target frequency band. The method further comprises, on the basis of a sampled signal on the target frequency band, reconstructing the input signal.
