Abstract[English] The present disclosure relates to a method of treating well-differentiated Grade 1 or Grade 2 advanced gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (GEP-NETs) in a patient in need thereof, comprising administering to said patient a treatment comprising a therapeutically effective dose of a somatostatin receptor (SSTR) targeting radioligand therapeutic (RLT) agent, in particular [177Lu]Lu-DOTA-TATE, as first line therapy.[French] La présente divulgation concerne une méthode de traitement des tumeurs neuroendocrines gastroentéropancréatiques (TNE-GEP) avancées bien différenciées de grade 1 ou de grade 2 chez un patient qui en a besoin, comprenant l'administration audit patient d'un traitement comprenant une dose thérapeutiquement efficace d'un agent thérapeutique radioligand (RLT) ciblant le récepteur de la somatostatine (SSTR), en particulier le [177Lu]Lu-DOTA-TATE, en tant que thérapie de première ligne.
