Abstract[English] A method for producing a hyaluronidase polypeptide may include: a) introducing a nucleic acid molecule operably linked to a promotor into a eukaryotic cell, the nucleic acid molecule encoding a hyaluronidase polypeptide and including a stop codon; (b) culturing the cells in a growth medium having copper sulfate, L-glutamine, and L-cysteine sulfate under conditions whereby an encoded hyaluronidase polypeptide is produced by expression of the introduced nucleic acid molecule and secreted by the cell, the growth medium being devoid of sodium butyrate and insulin; and (c) recovering the expressed polypeptide.[French] Un procédé de production d'un polypeptide hyaluronidase peut comprendre : a) l'introduction d'une molécule d'acide nucléique fonctionnellement liée à un promoteur dans une cellule eucaryote, la molécule d'acide nucléique codant pour un polypeptide hyaluronidase et comprenant un codon d'arrêt ; (b) cultiver les cellules dans un milieu de croissance ayant du sulfate de cuivre, de la L-glutamine et du sulfate de L-cystéine dans des conditions dans lesquelles un polypeptide d'hyaluronidase codé est produit par l'expression de la molécule d'acide nucléique introduite et sécrété par la cellule, le milieu de croissance étant dépourvu de butyrate de sodium et d'insuline ; et (c) récupérer le polypeptide exprimé.
