Abstract[English]
Provided are methods of detecting a living target organism, for example, living Bursaphelenchus xylophilus, from an environmental nucleic acid sample by detecting a rapid kill RNA marker of the target organism. Also provided are primers and probes specific to rapid kill RNA markers, and kits including primers and probes that are useful for detecting rapid kill RNA markers.[French]
La présente invention concerne des procédés de détection d'un organisme cible vivant, par exemple, Bursaphelenchus xylophilus vivant, à partir d'un échantillon d'acide nucléique environnemental par détection d'un marqueur d'ARN de mort rapide de l'organisme cible.
