Abstract[English]
An insulating and/or protective over-trouser garment for quick change, comprising two trouser leg portions not completely joined to each other, each trouser leg portion having a longitudinal rear opening configured for relative separation or overlap, with a limited number of non-permanent fastening means of diverse types, including hybrid systems, configured for rapid closing and opening and optional adjustment of said separation/overlap; at least two flaps arranged to overlap at least partially the trouser leg portions and to cover at least partially the buttocks region; and a waistband assembly configured to close upon itself at the rear. The cooperative arrangement of these elements, as a result of the particular shape of the elements and the joints between them, provides insulation and/or protection while maintaining ergonomic freedom of movement, enabling scalable manufacture through processes similar to those used for conventional trousers, and offering multipurpose applicability in fashion, workwear, and outdoor contexts.[French]
La présente invention concerne un vêtement de sur-pantalon isolant et/ou protecteur pour changement rapide, comprenant deux parties de jambe de pantalon non complètement jointes l'une à l'autre, chaque partie de jambe de pantalon ayant une ouverture arrière longitudinale configurée pour une séparation ou un chevauchement relatif, avec un nombre limité de moyens de fixation non permanents de divers types, comprenant des systèmes hybrides, configurés pour une fermeture et une ouverture rapides et un ajustement facultatif de ladite séparation/dudit chevauchement ; au moins deux rabats agencés pour chevaucher au moins partiellement les parties de jambe de pantalon et pour recouvrir au moins partiellement la région de fesses ; et un ensemble ceinture conçu pour se fermer sur lui-même à l'arrière. L'agencement coopératif de ces éléments, en raison de la forme particulière des éléments et des raccords entre eux, fournit une isolation et/ou une protection tout en maintenant une liberté ergonomique de mouvement, permettant une fabrication évolutive par l'intermédiaire de processus similaires à ceux utilisés pour des pantalons classiques, et offrant une applicabilité polyvalente dans les domaines de la mode, des vêtements de travail et des activités de plein air.
