Abstract[English]
The present disclosure provides methods of producing a dairy product or a dairy-like component or a mixture thereof, comprising: growing cells in a structured apparatus, which are procured and optimized for relevant functionality; inducing growing cells to obtain secretion of the dairy product or dairy like component, into a designated compartment of the structured apparatus; and extracting the dairy product or dairy like component or the mixture using an extraction process, from the designated compartment of the structured apparatus. The present disclosure also provides a milk composition comprising: a) milk or milk components obtained from cell culture and b) milk or milk components obtained from a natural source.[French]
La présente divulgation concerne des procédés de production d'un produit laitier ou d'un composant de type laitier ou d'un mélange de ceux-ci, comprenant : la croissance de cellules dans un appareil structuré, qui sont obtenues et optimisées pour une fonctionnalité pertinente ; l'induction de cellules de croissance pour obtenir la sécrétion du produit laitier ou du composant de type laitier, dans un compartiment désigné de l'appareil structuré ; et l'extraction du produit laitier ou du composant de type laitier ou du mélange à l'aide d'un processus d'extraction, à partir du compartiment désigné de l'appareil structuré.
