A collar system, including a collar having a top layer, a base layer, and a middle layer in between the top layer and the base layer, a charm having a stem extending from the charm, an eyelet coupled to the middle layer of the collar, and at least one spacer coupled between the charm and the collar configured to control a motion of the charm relative to the collar, wherein the charm and the collar are coupled to each other via the stem.[French]
