Compositions, kits, systems, and methods for reducing viability of cancer cells and treating cancer, as well as reducing a volume of a tumor and/or preventing an increase in volume of a tumor present in a body of a living subject, are disclosed. The systems and methods involve application of an alternating electric field in combination with administration of at least one composition comprising interferon gamma.[French]
