Abstract[English]
A combination of a first and second pharmaceutically active agent is disclosed. The first pharmaceutically active agent is an opioid antagonist, and the second pharmaceutically active agent is a benzodiazepine antagonist. An oral thin film comprising a combination of pharmaceutically active agent and a permeation enhancer, preferably wherein the pharmaceutically active agent is a benzodiazepine antagonist is also disclosed.[French]
L'invention concerne une combinaison d'un premier et d'un second agent pharmaceutiquement actif. Le premier agent pharmaceutiquement actif est un antagoniste opioïde, et le second agent pharmaceutiquement actif est un antagoniste de benzodiazépine. L'invention concerne également un film mince oral comprenant une combinaison d'un agent pharmaceutiquement actif et d'un activateur de perméation, l'agent pharmaceutiquement actif étant de préférence un antagoniste de benzodiazépine.
