Abstract[English]
The present invention relates to an orodispersible tablet manufactured by a wet granulation method comprising Famotidine or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, one or more diluents, at least one disintegrant, at least one lubricant, at least one binder, at least one sweetener, at least one flavoring agents and at least one vehicle. The orodispersible tablet prepared using these excipients exhibits desirable properties such as facilitating disintegration, and dissolution of the drug for oral administration. Further, the present invention also relates to the process for preparing the said orodispersible tablet.[French]
La présente invention concerne un comprimé orodispersible fabriqué par un procédé de granulation humide comprenant de la famotidine ou des sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables de celle-ci, un ou plusieurs diluants, au moins un délitant, au moins un lubrifiant, au moins un liant, au moins un édulcorant, au moins un agent aromatisant et au moins un vecteur. Le comprimé orodispersible préparé à l'aide de ces excipients présente des propriétés souhaitables telles que la facilitation de la désintégration, et la dissolution du médicament pour une administration orale. En outre, la présente invention concerne également le procédé de préparation dudit comprimé orodispersible.
