Disclosed herein are methods and systems of determining a cancer status or an organ health status of a subject, the method comprising: obtaining a biological sample obtained or derived from the subject; enriching a population of cells in the biological sample, wherein the population of cells comprises stem cells and/or progenitor cells; extracting nucleic acids from the enriched population of cells; assaying the extracted nucleic acids to generate at least one of a transcriptomic profile of the subject, a genomic profile of the subject, and/or an exomic profile of the subject; computer processing the at least one of the transcriptomic profile of the subject, the genomic profile of the subject, and/or the exomic profile of the subject; and determining, based at least in part on the computer processing, the cancer status or the organ health status of the subject, wherein the cancer status or the organ health status comprises a presence or an absence of an organ and/or a tissue impacted by the cancer or impacted by a disease, disorder, or condition.[French]
La présente invention concerne des procédés et des systèmes pour déterminer l'état cancéreux ou l'état de santé d'un organe d'un sujet, le procédé comportant les étapes suivantes : obtention d'un échantillon biologique prélevé ou issu du sujet ; enrichissement d'une population de cellules dans l'échantillon biologique, la population de cellules contenant des cellules souches et/ou des cellules progénitrices ; extraction d'acides nucléiques à partir de la population de cellules enrichie ; dosage des acides nucléiques extraits pour générer au moins l'un parmi un profil transcriptomique du sujet, un profil génomique du sujet et/ou un profil exomique du sujet ; traitement informatique d'au moins l'un parmi le profil transcriptomique du sujet, le profil génomique du sujet et/ou le profil exomique du sujet ; et détermination, sur la base au moins en partie du traitement informatique, de l'état cancéreux ou de l'état de santé d'un organe du sujet, l'état cancéreux ou l'état de santé d'un organe étant caractérisé par la présence ou l'absence d'un organe et/ou d'un tissu atteint par un cancer ou atteint par une maladie, un trouble ou une affection.
