Abstract[English]
The disclosure relates, inter alia, to recombinant adenoviruses having capsid proteins engineered to include an albumin-binding moiety such that the albumin-binding moiety is present on the outer surface of the recombinant adenovirus capsids. Also described are pharmaceutical compositions comprising the recombinant adenoviruses, and methods of using the recombinant adenoviruses to treat genetic diseases and disorders.[French]
