The invention relates to a pharmaceutical combination comprising a CDK2 inhibitor in combination with a CDK4 inhibitor, as well as methods of treating cancers using said combination. The present invention also relates to the use of CDK2 inhibitor in the treatment of a CCNE1 or CCNE2 amplified cancer.[French]
