Abstract[English]
A system and method for providing a digital transaction channel are provided. The method includes extracting data from raw telecommunication event detail records of a group of consumers, building metadata relating to telecommunication activity of consumers from the extracted data for use as model parameter inputs and training a propensity model to output one or more action recommendations for a consumer in a given time period and/or at a given trigger. The method includes providing real time assessment of a consumer at a given time and/or at a given trigger including inputting a consumer's current status to the propensity model, providing a push of one or more action recommendations to the consumer based on the output of the propensity model and in response to receiving a consumer selection of an action recommendation, executing, against the consumer's account, a telecommunication action relating to the selected action recommendation.[French]
L'invention concerne un système et un procédé de fourniture d'un canal de transaction numérique. Le procédé consiste à extraire des données d'enregistrements de détail d'événement de télécommunication bruts d'un groupe de consommateurs, à construire des métadonnées relatives à l'activité de télécommunication de consommateurs à partir des données extraites destinées à être utilisées en tant qu'entrées de paramètre de modèle et à entraîner un modèle de propension à délivrer une ou plusieurs recommandations d'action pour un consommateur dans une période de temps donnée et/ou à un déclencheur donné.
