Abstract[English]
The invention relates to a method for decorating a material and a high-performance decorative film. In particular, a printed and embossed ready-to-laminate film is presented, comprising a decorative layer, an embossable layer (with photo-curable formulation and thermoplastic resin), and a pre-photopolymerized, thermally reactivatable adhesive layer. The formulation and adhesive provide the film with flexibility and stability, even with high loads of anti-abrasive fillers (e.g. aluminum oxide), drastically reducing polymer relaxation and deformation. Embossing of the film occurs via cast-curing, allowing faithful replication of textures and variable gloss. This film is specifically designed for offline lamination, overcoming issues of traditional adhesives and direct applications, such as blocking on thin films and texture alteration.[French]
L'invention concerne un procédé de décoration d'un matériau et un film décoratif haute performance. En particulier, l'invention concerne un film prêt à stratifier imprimé et gaufré, comprenant une couche décorative, une couche pouvant être gaufrée (comportant une formulation photodurcissable et une résine thermoplastique) et une couche adhésive pré-photopolymérisée et pouvant être réactivée par voie thermique. La formulation et l'adhésif confèrent au film une flexibilité et une stabilité, même en cas de charges élevées de charges anti-abrasives (p. ex. oxyde d'aluminium), réduisant drastiquement la relaxation et la déformation du polymère. Le gaufrage du film se produit de préférence par durcissement par coulée, ce qui permet une réplication fidèle des textures et un brillant variable. Ce film est spécifiquement conçu pour une stratification hors ligne, ce qui permet de résoudre les problèmes des adhésifs classiques et des applications directes, tels que le blocage sur des films minces et une altération de texture.
