Abstract[English]
Disclosed herein are methods of treating plantar fibromatosis in a subject or a population of subjects. Where the methods of treatment include intralesionally injecting a pharmaceutical formulation comprising collagenase into one or more plantar fibromatosis nodules in one or both of the subject's feet or the population of subjects' feet to thereby treat the plantar fibromatosis. The collagenase has enzymatic activity in regards to collagen. The treatment may result in a change from a baseline or control of a scale to determine effectiveness.[French]
L'invention concerne des méthodes de traitement de la fibromatose plantaire chez un sujet ou une population de sujets. Les méthodes de traitement comprennent l'injection intralésionnelle d'une formulation pharmaceutique comprenant de la collagénase dans un ou plusieurs nodules de fibromatose plantaire au niveau des pieds du sujet et/ou de la population de pieds de sujets pour ainsi traiter la fibromatose plantaire. La collagénase a une activité enzymatique vis-à-vis du collagène. Le traitement peut conduire à un changement d'une base de référence ou d'un témoin d'une échelle pour déterminer l'efficacité.
