Abstract[English] A therapy intravascular ultrasound transducer assembly includes: a therapy transducer with a central void and an outer shell; a post positioned inside the central void of the therapy transducer, wherein the post comprises a first thermally conductive material; and one or more structures connecting the post to the outer shell from inside the central void, wherein the one or more structures comprise a second thermally conductive material, wherein the post and the one or more structures jointly form a thermally conductive heat sink that conducts heat generated by the therapy transducer out of the outer shell when the therapy transducer is activated.[French] Un ensemble transducteur ultrasonore intravasculaire de thérapie comprend : un transducteur de thérapie avec un vide central et une coque externe ; un montant positionné à l'intérieur du vide central du transducteur de thérapie, le montant comprenant un premier matériau thermoconducteur ; et une ou plusieurs structures reliant le montant à la coque externe depuis l'intérieur du vide central, la ou les structures comprenant un second matériau thermoconducteur, le montant et la ou les structures formant conjointement un dissipateur thermique thermoconducteur qui conduit la chaleur générée par le transducteur de thérapie hors de la coque externe lorsque le transducteur de thérapie est activé.
