Abstract[English]
The present disclosure provides permanently charged cationic lipids that are particularly beneficial in formulations of lipid nanoparticles providing advantageous improvements in the delivery of nucleic acids to hepatic stellate cells with enhanced efficiency. The permanently charged cationic lipids are quaternary ammonium lipids that are silyl ethers. The disclosure also provides lipid nanoparticle, pharmaceutical compositions, and methods including the provided permanently charged cationic lipids.[French]
La présente divulgation concerne des lipides cationiques chargés en permanence qui sont particulièrement avantageux dans des formulations de nanoparticules lipidiques fournissant des améliorations avantageuses dans l'administration d'acides nucléiques à des cellules stellaires hépatiques avec une efficacité améliorée. Les lipides cationiques chargés en permanence sont des lipides d'ammonium quaternaire qui sont des éthers de silyle.
