Abstract[English]
The present invention refers to an herbicide Nucleic Acid Analog (NAA), preferably an herbicidal Peptide Nucleic Acid (PNA) suitable for controlling a pest plant, a peptide construct comprising said NAA and at least one selected from a cell-penetrating peptide (CPP) and/or a location signal peptide (LSP), and an herbicidal composition comprising the NAA and at least one agronomically suitable adjuvant. The invention also refers to a method for controlling a plant pest which comprises applying the composition of the present invention to a pest plant, and a method for silencing or modulating the expression of a target gene by applying the PNA or peptide construct of the present invention to a target cell.[French]
La présente invention concerne un analogue d'acide nucléique (AAN) herbicide, de préférence un acide nucléique peptidique (ANP) herbicide approprié pour lutter contre une plante nuisible, une construction peptidique comprenant ledit AAN et au moins un peptide choisi parmi un peptide de pénétration cellulaire (PPC) et un peptide signal de localisation (PSL), et une composition herbicide contenant le AAN et au moins un adjuvant approprié pour l’agronomie. L'invention concerne également un procédé de lutte contre un nuisible de plante qui consiste à appliquer la composition de la présente invention sur une plante nuisible, et un procédé de silençage ou de modulation de l'expression d'un gène cible par application de l’ANP ou de la construction peptidique de la présente invention sur une cellule cible.
