Abstract[English] A method for generating a hybrid model based digital simulator (HMBDS) that simulates at least one bioprocess that executing in a real-world cell culture container, comprising: receiving a model of a first bioprocess; receiving a plurality of experimental results data of the first bioprocess in the real-world cell culture container; generating a HMBDS based on the received first bioprocess model, the real-world cell culture container, and the received experimental results data; performing a simulation of a bioprocess executing within the real-world cell culture container using the HMBDS; performing optimization of the bioprocess based on the results of the simulation; and causing execution of the optimized bioprocess by the at least a first real-world cell culture container.[French] Procédé pour générer un simulateur numérique hybride basé sur un modèle (HMBDS) qui simule au moins un bioprocessus s'exécutant dans un récipient de culture cellulaire réel, comportant les étapes suivantes : réception d'un modèle d'un premier bioprocessus; obtention d'une pluralité de données de résultats expérimentaux du premier bioprocessus dans le récipient de culture cellulaire réel; génération d'un HMBDS basé sur le modèle de premier bioprocessus, le récipient de culture cellulaire réel et les données expérimentales reçus; exécution d'une simulation d'un bioprocessus s'exécutant dans le récipient de culture cellulaire réel à l'aide du HMBDS; optimisation du bioprocessus sur la base des résultats de la simulation; et exécution du bioprocessus optimisé par au moins un premier récipient de culture cellulaire réel.
