Abstract[English]
This disclosure generally relates to graphene-based diagnostic sensor devices. More particularly, the disclosure relates to graphene-based diagnostic sensor devices for the multiplex detection of target nucleic acids in fluid samples, including biological fluid samples. In certain aspects, the graphene-based multiplex diagnostic devices disclosed herein comprise a graphene-based FET sensor array chip, wherein each sensor in the array comprises an independent sensing regions, each sensing region having a nucleic acid probe attached to a graphene monolayer, for hybridizing and detecting a target nucleic acid.[French]
La présente divulgation concerne de manière générale les dispositifs de capteurs de diagnostic à base de graphène. Plus particulièrement, la présente invention concerne des dispositifs de détection à base de graphène destinés à la détection multiplex d'acides nucléiques cibles dans des échantillons de fluides, y compris des échantillons de fluides biologiques. Dans certains aspects, les dispositifs de diagnostic multiplex à base de graphène selon la présente invention comportent une puce à réseau de capteurs FET à base de graphène, chaque capteur du réseau comportant une région de détection indépendante, chaque région de détection comportant une sonde d'acide nucléique fixée à une monocouche de graphène, pour l'hybridation et la détection d'un acide nucléique cible.
