Abstract[English] In certain embodiments, an ophthalmic system is provided. The ophthalmic system includes a low power laser source configured to generate a low power laser beam, wherein the low power laser source has a power of between 5 milliwatts (mW) and 20 mW, and a first illumination device configured to transmit the low power laser beam into a vitreous cavity of an eye. The ophthalmic system further includes a red-green-blue (RGB) light-emitting diode (LED) light source configured to generate a RGB light, and a second illumination device configured to transmit the RGB light into the vitreous cavity of the eye.[French] Dans certains modes de réalisation, l'invention concerne un système ophtalmique.
