Abstract[English]
This invention relates to a new and innovative way for assembling a car wash brush and a new and innovative way for quickly exchanging the washing or drying material, which is impossible with current systems. The system includes a new clamping element that can be carried out in different versions so that it can also be used as a clamping element for application in washing/drying mitters. The invention seeks to provide a car wash brush system that includes a (wash/dry) clamp element with (flexible) fins/extended arms (1) (FIG.1), a jig adapter (24, 25), herein also referred to as insertion module and referred to as jig/module, for this clamp element (FIG.2) (24), and adjustable diameter inserts (FIG 3/14) (23). Although this invention can be applied to a jig adapter (25) which includes the shaft completely, the invention provides the possibility of facilitating the replacement of wax material by dividing the module into at least two halves (24), this allows a section to be taken out without disassembling the entire brush. La présente invention concerne une manière nouvelle et innovante d'assembler une brosse de lavage de voiture, et une manière nouvelle et innovante d'échanger rapidement le matériel de lavage ou de séchage, ce qui est impossible avec les systèmes actuels. Le système comprend un nouvel élément de serrage pouvant être mis en œuvre dans différentes versions de sorte qu'il puisse également être utilisé comme élément de serrage pour une application dans des machines de lavage/séchage. L'invention vise à fournir un système de brosse de lavage de voiture qui comprend un élément de serrage (lavage/séchage) avec des ailettes/bras étendus (flexibles) (1) (FIG. 1), un adaptateur de gabarit (24, 25), également appelé module d'insertion et désigné sous le nom de gabarit/module pour cet élément de serrage (FIG. 2) (24), et des inserts de diamètre réglable (FIG. 3/14) (23).
