Abstract[English]
Various aspects of the present disclosure provide a sensing management component (SMC), which can be located or other placed within a radio access network (RAN) architecture, such as within an NG-RAN node or user equipment (UE). The SMC, which may communicate with a sensing function of a core network, enables a wireless communications system to perform certain sensing operations from the RAN node or UE, which are near or proximate to devices (e.g., UEs or base stations) that perform the sensing operations.[French]
