Abstract[English] The present invention provides anti-Siglec-9 antibodies and antigen-binding fragments thereof as well as isolated nucleic acids, vectors, engineered cells, formulations thereof, and methods of use thereof for treating diseases including cancer and bone disease in a human subject. The invention is further directed to bispecific and multispecific antibodies, antibody-drug conjugates and chimeric antigen receptors derived from the anti-Siglec-9 antibodies and fragments thereof.[French] La présente invention concerne des anticorps anti-Siglec-9 et des fragments de liaison à l'antigène de ceux-ci, ainsi que des acides nucléiques isolés, des vecteurs, des cellules modifiées, des formulations de ceux-ci, et des procédés d'utilisation de ceux-ci pour le traitement de maladies comprenant les cancers et les pathologies osseuses chez un sujet humain.
