Embodiments relate to a loop installation tool (100), system (10), and method (200) for installing an elongate line (14) in a loop around an article (12). The loop installation tool (100) comprises first and second projections (104, 108) comprising first and second seats (128, 130) separated from each other by a gap (122). The loop installation tool (100) further comprises a latch (120) configured to be mounted to the first and second seats (128, 130) to span the gap (122), wherein the latch (120) is pivotable about the first seat (128) to a first open position and is pivotable about the second seat (130) to a second open position. The latch (120) comprises a securing device (124), which comprises an anti-feed formation (168) to resist or prevent feeding of a secured portion of the elongate line (14) through the securing device (124) when secured by the securing device (124).[French]
