Abstract[English]
Disclosed herein are engineered cytokines fused to a second polypeptide, such as an antigen binding polypeptide, and compositions and uses thereof, and in silico methods for the engineering cytokines generated from artificial neural network machine learning protocols and/or molecular dynamics simulations. Also disclosed herein are polypeptide structures designed using AI methods with modulated stability, potency and developability. Also disclosed herein are compositions containing engineered cytokines fused to a second polypeptide, such as an antigen binding polypeptide, for pharmaceutical use, as well as methods of treating a subject by administering to the subject compositions containing the same.[French]
L'invention concerne des cytokines modifiées fusionnées à un second polypeptide, tel qu'un polypeptide de liaison à l'antigène, et des compositions et leurs utilisations, et des méthodes in silico pour les cytokines modifiées générées à partir de protocoles d'apprentissage automatique de réseau neuronal artificiel et/ou de simulations de dynamique moléculaire.
