Abstract[English]
A fluid sump for an abatement apparatus configured to abate an effluent stream from a semiconductor processing tool is disclosed. The fluid sump comprise: a sump chamber configured to retain fluid used by components of the abatement apparatus; a sump conduit in fluid communication with the sump chamber and positioned externally to the sump chamber; and at least one capacitive level sensor positioned on the sump conduit and configured to indicate when the fluid is present within the sump conduit proximate the capacitive level sensor.[French]
L'invention concerne un collecteur de fluide pour un appareil de réduction configuré pour réduire un flux d'effluent provenant d'un outil de traitement de semi-conducteur. Le collecteur de fluide comprend : une chambre de collecteur conçue pour retenir un fluide utilisé par des composants de l'appareil de réduction ; un conduit de collecteur en communication fluidique avec la chambre de collecteur et positionné à l'extérieur de la chambre de collecteur ; et au moins un capteur de niveau capacitif positionné sur le conduit de collecteur et conçu pour indiquer lorsque le fluide est présent à l'intérieur du conduit de collecteur à proximité du capteur de niveau capacitif.
