The present disclosure provides a controlled release composition comprising an orexin type 2 receptor agonist or a salt or hydrate thereof and a lactic acid-glycolic acid polymer or salt thereof; wherein the composition is in the form of microcapsules. The present disclosure also provides methods of making such controlled release compositions and methods of using the controlled release compositions.[French]
