Abstract[English]
Presented herein are techniques for improving speech perception for hearing device recipients through the use of phonemic information. For example, in certain embodiments, automatic speech recognition (ASR) is used to enhance the perception of phonemic information by a recipient. Such techniques can, for example, provide improved speech intelligibility in noise for hearing device recipients.[French]
