Abstract[English]
The innovation involves using a specific volume of aluminum to dissipate heat from two LEDs in LED lighting boards. A common issue with these boards is that when an LED fails, the entire board becomes unusable. To address this, an auxiliary LED is placed in the heat dissipation section, utilizing the available space. This auxiliary LED is activated when a primary LED fails, restoring the board's functionality. A three-position switch is embedded in the board to facilitate this mechanism. The switch allows for disconnection, connection, and voltage redirection. When the primary LED fails or reaches the end of its lifespan, the switch redirects voltage to the auxiliary LED, ensuring continued operation. This system enhances the longevity and reliability of LED lighting boards by preventing total failure due to a single LED malfunction.[French]
L'invention consiste à utiliser un volume spécifique d'aluminium pour dissiper la chaleur provenant de deux DEL dans des cartes d'éclairage à DEL. Un problème commun à ces cartes est que lorsqu'une DEL est défaillante, toute la carte est hors d'usage. Pour résoudre ce problème, une DEL auxiliaire est placée dans la section de dissipation de chaleur, à l'aide de l'espace disponible. Cette DEL auxiliaire est activée lorsqu'une DEL primaire échoue, restaurant la fonctionnalité de la carte. Un commutateur à trois positions est intégré dans la carte pour faciliter ce mécanisme.
