Abstract[English]
A system for treating an ovary of a subject includes an ablation instrument, a laser emitter, an optical sensor, and a controller. The ablation instrument includes a needle, an optical fiber, and an ultrasound probe. The laser emitter emits a low-power laser to illuminate a target tissue of the ovary and a high-power laser to ablate the target tissue of the ovary. The controller adjusts a parameter of the high-power laser based on feedback from the optical sensor.[French]
L'invention concerne un système de traitement d'une ovaire d'un sujet comportant un instrument d'ablation, un émetteur laser, un capteur optique et un dispositif de commande. L'instrument d'ablation comprend une aiguille, une fibre optique et une sonde ultrasonore. L'émetteur laser émet un laser à faible puissance servant à éclairer un tissu cible de l'ovaire et un laser à haute puissance servant à réaliser une ablation du tissu cible de l'ovaire. Le dispositif de commande règle un paramètre du laser à haute puissance sur la base d'une rétroaction provenant du capteur optique.
