Abstract[English]
With the rapid advancement of technology, greater comfort has been provided for people. However, traditional building materials sometimes lead to energy loss. To address this issue, covering tiles are used for ceilings and walls. Our invention introduces an extruded polystyrene (XPS) suspended ceiling tile with a stone paper surface and spring installation capability. The structure of this tile allows for larger dimensions while maintaining minimal weight, reducing the amount of structural material required and enhancing seismic resistance. The system consists of the following components: • A layer of extruded polystyrene (XPS) • Water-based acrylic adhesive • Stone paper This product is suitable for use in government and private buildings, hospitals, and schools, contributing to energy efficiency in suspended ceilings.[French]
Avec l'avancement rapide de la technologie, un confort accru a été apporté aux personnes. Toutefois, les matériaux de construction traditionnels entraînent parfois des pertes d’énergie. Pour remédier à ce problème, des dalles de revêtement sont utilisées pour les plafonds et les murs. Notre invention propose une dalle de plafond suspendu en polystyrène extrudé (XPS), dotée d’une surface en papier-pierre et d’une capacité de montage à ressorts. La structure de cette dalle permet des dimensions plus importantes tout en conservant un poids minimal, ce qui réduit la quantité de matériau structural requise et améliore la résistance sismique. Le système comprend les composants suivants : • une couche de polystyrène extrudé (XPS) ; • un adhésif acrylique à base d’eau ; • du papier-pierre. Ce produit est adapté à une utilisation dans des bâtiments publics et privés, des hôpitaux et des établissements scolaires, et contribue à l’efficacité énergétique des plafonds suspendus.
