Abstract[English] This invention relates to a plasmid for expression of Ksp37 and more particularly, but not exclusively, to a plasmid for expression of Ksp37 in eukaryotic cells, including human cells. The plasmid includes a pNL4-3.luc plasmid backbone from which all HIV-1-associated DNA and an ampicillin resistance gene have been removed and a Ksp37 gene inserted between a PaeR7I-XhoI and a EagI-NotI restriction enzyme recognition site.[French] La présente invention concerne un plasmide pour l'expression de Ksp37 et, plus particulièrement mais pas exclusivement, un plasmide pour l'expression de Ksp37 dans des cellules eucaryotes, y compris des cellules humaines. Le plasmide comprend un squelette plasmidique pNL4-3.luc à partir duquel tout ADN associé au VIH-1 et un gène de résistance à l'ampicilline ont été éliminés et un gène Ksp37 inséré entre un site de reconnaissance d'enzyme de restriction PaeR7I-XhoI et un site de reconnaissance d'enzyme de restriction EagI-NotI.
