Abstract[English] The present invention allows for the isolation of sequence correct DNA fragments from heterogeneous mixtures of fragments through the implementation of several steps for the purification of DNA molecules, the amplification of said DNA molecules, identification of sequence correct DNA fragments, and isolation of fragments as templates for PCR-based production of further downstream fragments.[French] La présente invention permet d'isoler des fragments d'ADN à séquence correcte à partir de mélanges hétérogènes de fragments par la mise en œuvre de plusieurs étapes pour la purification de molécules d'ADN, l'amplification desdites molécules d'ADN, l'identification de fragments d'ADN à séquence correcte et l'isolement de fragments sous forme de modèles pour la production basée sur PCR d'autres fragments en aval.
