Abstract[English]
Handheld devices and methods for the on site in vivo fabrication and deposition of support structures (e.g. scaffolds) and therapeutic agents (biological and or pharmaceuticals) for the healing of wounds (e.g., of chronic wounds). The scaffolds and therapeutic agents may be tailored to achieve a certain clinical outcome and can be embedded in multiple layers allowing for new therapeutic combinations.[French]
L'invention concerne des dispositifs portatifs et des procédés pour la fabrication et le dépôt in vivo sur site de structures de support (par exemple des échafaudages) et des agents thérapeutiques (biologiques et/ou pharmaceutiques) pour la cicatrisation de plaies (par exemple, de plaies chroniques). Les échafaudages et les agents thérapeutiques peuvent être adaptés pour obtenir un certain résultat clinique et peuvent être incorporés dans de multiples couches permettant de nouvelles combinaisons thérapeutiques.
