Abstract[English]
A method, apparatus and computer program is described comprising: providing a query to an energy harvesting device, said energy harvesting device comprising: means for transmitting data in active and backscattering modes, wherein, in the backscattering mode transmitting data comprises modulating said data on a backscattered signal, and wherein, in the active mode transmitting data comprises actively generating and transmitting a signal on which said data is modulated; obtaining a response to said query from said energy harvesting device; selecting, based at least in part on said response, one of the active mode and the backscattering mode; and providing to said energy harvesting device an instruction to operate in the selected mode for one or more transmissions.[French]
L'invention concerne un procédé, un appareil et un programme informatique comprenant : fourniture d'une interrogation à un dispositif de collecte d'énergie, ledit dispositif de collecte d'énergie comprenant : des moyens pour transmettre des données dans des modes actif et de rétrodiffusion, la transmission de données comprenant, dans le mode de rétrodiffusion, la modulation desdites données sur un signal rétrodiffusé et, dans le mode actif, la transmission de données comprenant la génération active et la transmission d'un signal sur lequel lesdites données sont modulées ; obtention d'une réponse à ladite interrogation provenant dudit dispositif de collecte d'énergie ; sélection, sur la base, au moins en partie, de ladite réponse, de l'un parmi le mode actif et le mode de rétrodiffusion ; et fourniture audit dispositif de collecte d'énergie d'une instruction pour fonctionner dans le mode sélectionné pendant une ou plusieurs transmissions.
