Abstract[English] A medical device includes a component for generating a first output signal based on body noise of a recipient of the medical device. The component is implantable on a first side of the recipient. The medical device also includes an adaptation circuit for generating an adapted signal based on the first output signal and based on a second output signal that is indicative of the body noise and that is generated by an apparatus implantable on a second side of the recipient.[French] Un dispositif médical comprend un composant pour générer un premier signal de sortie sur la base du bruit corporel d'un receveur du dispositif médical.
